Room A uses the new User Settable duration, simply drag the end of the booking to whatever duration you like. Room B uses Services to give the visitor fixed options for booking duration.

The Section-able room uses a trick with Seats/Booking to accommodate a room that can be booked as 2 small rooms, or one large one. The number indicates sections available, 1 indicates part of the room is booked so only a single section remains available.
